Picayune Main Street, Inc.’s 32nd bi-annual Street Fair is coming up on November 5th and 6th, 2011. Our Street fair is always held on the first full weekend in April and November of each year and has grown to over 300 food and craft booth vendors. These vendors sell antiques and collectables, arts and crafts, woodwork, plants, ironworks, jewelry, candles, furniture, purses, t-shirts, children items, and yard items just to mention a few. Also be sure to stop in at our local merchants’ stores which will be open throughout the fair for an additional treat.

Children’s activities such as inflatables, 40 foot slide, 4-point Eurobungee, Cloud 9 Airplane Simulator, Aqua Bubblez, mechanical bull, rock wall, NASA’s 40 foot Astronaut Orbie, and of course the Choo Choo Train.

Food consists of Seafood, Greek, Cajun, BBQ, kettle corn, roasted corn, popcorn, hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken on a stick, blooming onions, sausage poboys, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken wings, loaded nachos, loaded fries, catfish baskets, smoked brisket, Philly cheese steak, foot long corndogs, chicken basket, tamales, fried pickles, ice cream, yogurt, hot fudge made on the spot, German glazed nuts, pizza, funnel cakes, snow cones and much more.
